Hello, sorry to hear you’re having trouble with Wsspg, let’s see if we can fix your issue.
I have tested with the latest WordPress + WooCommerce to confirm that it is possible for first time purchases to simultaneously create an account and save their payment method, using either the inline credit card form, or Stripe Checkout, and haven’t reproduced your error.
Do you see anything in your Stripe logs about this issue ?

Hello,
Thanks for the response. It does work perfecty in the checkout process. The error appears is in “My Account” before they have made any purchases.
Sometimes customers want to save their payment method in their account before purchasing and they are used to this option since portals as Amazon have always let them.
There is nothing in the stripe logs about this issue 🙁
Thanks again.

hi i’m having the same problem as the person above. has there been a way to resolve this? The plugin doesn’t allow the user to save a payment method/update a payment method – the form shows up but it kicks a 500 error after submitting the credit card details there.
Payments go through with checkout though just fine.
This is my site where it is happening https://splantern.com/my-account/payment-methods/ – both your plugin , wordpress, and woocommerce are up to date.
I currently have to update credit cards at stripe.com for my customers in the subscription settings, but would be obviously better if your plugin could handle it 🙂
Best,
Jordan
