  • It looks like is not sending when that code is in place (in an email template):

    Have you tried removing some of those lines to see which one is erroring?

    There is no error produced on that. Those lines exists on the amdin email template and it works. Also if I will delete customized template and use default one it works. Kind of strange for me.

    Which template is that in now?

    that code is in both templates – email to the site admin and customer, and both located in the child theme folder

    Used a mail logging plugin to see if sent?
