    Hi,

    I’ve been using the newsletter plugin for a few years and suddenly, myself and the customers don’t receive mails anymore… When I create a newsletter and send it, it shows “sent” but I don’t get it (on my 2 different emails), neither the customers (I could have a feed back from people I know around). When I check the statistics, I can clearly see that no one has opened the email… I’ve tried the test sending button witg different emails, and I still don’t get anything.. No error message appears yet when doing the test…

    I’ve updated everything on my website and have updated my free license which is valid. When checking the status, everything is green with OK.

    What’s wrong ? Thanks a lot for ur help.

    Hi, if tests from the status panel are reporting “success” but no emails appear in your mailbox, you should contact the provider because it is dropping your messages.
