Customer was able to make offer on a “Draft” product.

I am helping a client make updates to their website that I did not develop. I develop wordpress sites but am not familar with Woocommerce. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We recently got a offer bid from a customer online to an item that was already sold. On our end here we had it marked as a draft so no one it could not be seen or purchased online but on the customer side he was able to make an offer. Usually when we mark it as a draft it will not be on the website anymore. Also when we go into woocommerce to look at the offer, the offer section is nowhere to be found so we are no longer aloud to look at the offer or purchases when we have been able to in the past. Any ideas? Thanks.”
