    Unable to checkout. I can add to cart, proceed to checkout, add my info – but once I go to pay, the payment options screen is inaccessible… it appears “greyed out”.

    I would like to use Paypal and Stripe. I’ve set this up with just one, with both, in test mode and live mode, and I still get the greyed out section.

    What the heck am I missing? Thanks for your help!!

    Have you tried to switch to any default wordpress theme and checked whether the issue is still there?

    Hi Kshirod. Yes, I tried activating the 2015 and found the issue still exists.

    To add… I’ve tried a few different themes (with same issue).
    I’ve also deleted woocommerce and reinstalled.

    There are some weird redirects, which forward the visitor to another page when “adding to cart” (and instead of it). It is very likely that there are some other customizations of standard store processes, which could be the reason for errors on checkout, you probably need to contact whoever had made these customizations for you.

    I tried to test this on your site, however I wasn’t able to add a product to my cart. As mentioned by @ superkot above, there are some re-directs that happen after clicking the Add to cart button – and I couldn’t get to the cart/checkout place.

    Can you give us a few more details about how to do that? Specific steps to reproduce the issue would be useful.
