    Hello,

    Customer page ticket details answers closed. Need clicked. I want all answers open see

    Hi @dgenc,

    Go to Tickets -> Settings -> Customer Settings and set the Default Replies to Expand option to a high number (i.e. 99). You can also set the Default Replies to Load option to a higher number to increase the number of replies displayed on the page
