    Hi,
    any chance to receive feedback on my technical support tickets in a timely manner? I’ve reported some issues via https://sukiwp.com/licenses/support/ 5 days ago, but so far no signs of life from your side.
    What’s the best way to get in touch with you?
    At least a response, that you received ticket and will work on it, would be a charm. Please be sure that technical support is pretty important as well – especially when people are stucked due to theme issues.

    Sorry for this inconvenience.

    Looks like there is a glitch on our support ticketing system right now, which caused your ticket request didn’t get through our system. We just did manual check and found your ticket requests. We would respond to your tickets immediately.

    Again, sorry for this inconvenience. We would make sure this won’t happen again in the future.
