any chance to receive feedback on my technical support tickets in a timely manner? I’ve reported some issues via https://sukiwp.com/licenses/support/ 5 days ago, but so far no signs of life from your side.
What’s the best way to get in touch with you?
At least a response, that you received ticket and will work on it, would be a charm. Please be sure that technical support is pretty important as well – especially when people are stucked due to theme issues.
