• I have given this plugin a 1 star, not because it is no good, it is excellent, but their customer service has failed miserably.

    I don’t recall receiving any reminders but that is not to say I didn’t get a reminder to say it was being renewed, but it renewed automatically taking me overdrawn. I immediately cancelled the subscription and asked for a refund but after 3 emails to them I have not even had the courtesy of a response. So I’m assuming ther refund policy is worthless.

    If you want to buy this plugin and like me you don’t know if you will carry on with the project you’re using it for, make sure you cancel the subscription, otherwise you could end losing over £150!
