  • Very good plug-in and I just wish it had the customer support and communication to match. I add to pay another company to find and fix the issue. I don’t have a problem with that and even if you charged a fee we would’ve been happy to pay. I understand that a lot of your support tickets could be an issue with WordPress or another plug-in. The issue I have with your products and services is your response time and communication with the customer. I am very interested in a few other products but will not buy anything else from your company. I’m currently looking for other options so I don’t have to renew.
