  • I liked the calendar until I had a problem with it. Trying to install the paid version made all my data disappear.
    I emailed webdorado several times over 2 months. I kept asking the same question. During the 2 months with no response from customer service I gave up. There is no way I would use anything from Webdorado again.
    No telephone number for those of us who pay for the calendar! Just email which might be OK but … the first thing I get after 2 months of not having the calendar (my trust in customer service is about as low as it can go after 2 months of no reply to my emails) is instruction to give Webdorado all my user IDs and passwords. Come on. That is ridiculous. My trust dropped through the floor.

    Maybe there was some issue with the email and we have not received it or you have not received our reply.

    I sent several emails over 2 months. Got no reply. I won’t pay any more for calendar. Use a better translator. “incontinence” makes no sense.


    Maybe we have not received the emails because of some technical issue.

    We will be happy to solve the issues that you face within a shortest possible timeframe.
