• I saw this plugin and thought: this is what I need. It looked clean and got my attention. I am very cautious about plugins. Yes, I need them but I have to be careful. (So, once I find a plugin that works, I like staying with them via add-ons or other products.)

    At the beginning, most of this plugin worked . . . but there was something that just did not work with my theme (when I hovered over a calendar event, it didn’t appear completely). But I liked the plugin so much, I didn’t want to walk away. I have a Genesis theme which I really like, but still there was some type of conflict.

    I emailed customer service. Yey it now works!! This is a “shout out” to Greg. He skyped me, he got on my website with Team Viewer. Oh my goodness . . . yes it works and looks great.

    I know that there are so many themes available and every plugin can’t work perfectly within 10 seconds all the time with each theme. So, that is why developers who care are such a standout in the internet world.

    Dear barbrady,

    Our customer support team has seen the issue. We have contacted you asking for more details to fix the issue, since it is really important for us to resolve every single problem faced by our customers.

    At the moment our developer suggests to make the following change in event-calendar-wd/js/scropt.js file in line 262 find

    if(jQuery(window).width()-e.clientX>400){

    Here change 400 to 500 keeping the rest of the options. If this anyhow doesn’t resolve your issue please respond to email from our customer support service to finalize the fix.
