It does seem that the support for this addon is very unreliable. If you ask a question, the primary response is, “It’s not my plugin that’s causing the issue.” Or “that’s beyond the scope of my support.” I would think if a paying customer asks for support, is to give support. Not blame other plugins that have had no issues. Or change a small portion of CSS or point to where to change the code. Oh well, I guess you get what you pay for doesn’t always fit. This is an expensive plugin especially compared to all the free alternatives.

  • powersp68232, can you suggest a free or inexpensive alternative with similar functionality? I’m having trouble finding anything similar.

WP Photo Seller is the best one I have found.

@powersp68232 – I rarely ever say something is beyond the scope of support. If you are a Pro license holder I go as far as writing custom CSS and other custom code for clients to do very specific things they are looking to do for their needs with Sunshine. Sometimes there are conflicts with other plugins or themes who do not follow common WordPress methods of coding. While the other plugin or theme works by itself, it runs into issues with Sunshine. This is not uncommon in the WordPress space to have a few plugins which conflict with each other. I try my best to address any conflicts with other plugins, but can only do so much if the other plugin is simply doing something that I have no control over and doesn’t follow typical coding guidelines.

Please feel free to reach out by providing a support ticket at http://www.sunshinephotocart.com/support-ticket if you are a paying customer and I will address any concerns you have.

Unfortunately, I can’t relate your username to any active support tickets to know if you have submitted something in the past.

I actually have submitted a few support tickets in the past and I just submitted one today for a password and email verification field when a customer is setting up an account. Will see how they go.

Update: After using this plugin for a little while now and submitting several other support tickets, it seems that the customer support is greatly improved from what I had initially received. Big thanks to the dev for their hard work and support.
