Customer Service???

So many people have asked questions about their galleries not displaying… and none of them have been answered. My issue: the recent update has caused the galleries on my site to not display, and no response as to a remedy, or a way to prevent updates until the issue is figured out. (The suggestion was to download the past version, and replace the new one… and then it auto-updated to the new one again…)
