    Hey @grayhunter

    Hope you are doing well!

We tested the link on our end and is working fine with Amazon Pay (Express and Classic Way).

Try to check the following link conflict test on a Staging site, could be some plugin or even the Theme you are using. We need to isolate the problem first.

If you can’t find the issue, please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.

Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.

We will be able to help you further there.

    Best,
    Christian

    Hi Christian,

Thank you for your reply. May I ask you for several things regarding this issue, please:

    1. Could you share your plugin settings with me? I may need to change something in order to make it work.
    2. Please make a screenshot for me so that I can see how a good/workable payment link page looks like.
    3. Finally, would you be so kind to install & activate an official plugin from Trust Payments to see if the two plugins works well with each other, please?

I would greatly appreciate your participation.

    Hey @grayhunter

We are not able to create a sandbox account. so the point “3.” you can test it by disabling Trut Payments plugin and test again.

    Best,
    Christian
