    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out.

I understand that your customers are not receiving emails, that are being sent by using WooCommerce.

It indicates that rather than these not sending they are not being received which is not something we would have any control over as they are possibly being blacklisted by your email provider.

If that’s the case then changing to sending emails via SMTP instead of PHP via your web hosting server will usually resolve such behaviour as per this documentation below.

    Hi @cromag27!

my customer receive direct emails from me just fine.

Could you please elaborate more about this? Where are you sending direct emails to your customers?

If required, you can share a screenshot for context using the snipboard.io tool to share it.

    Let us know!

    outlook

    Thank you for the clarification.

Kindly notice that WooCommerce and Outlook handle emails differently.

The issue could be related to the server.

In this case, we recommend following the steps outlined in this documentation to solve the issue: https://woocommerce.com/document/email-faq/#section-4.

Sending emails via SMTP instead of PHP via your web hosting server, as suggested by @daniyalahmedk, could help.

Check more about it here: https://woocommerce.com/document/email-faq/#section-5

    I hope this helps!

my web/email host already uses smtp.

to specify, this is the ‘processing order’ email that is not being received.

For me, the new order notification does not contain the customer email and that is why it is showing in my email log that the emails have failed. this issue is impacting the recent woocommerce version.

processing order is the one customers receive right after paying. the recipient is customer by default. new order is for us and only has our email address.

@cromag27 both customer order and admin order email notifications are showing empty email in my SMTP email log. i am still troubleshooting the issue. could be a plugin compatibility. I would advise you to troubleshoot on a staging site to see what is causing this issue. having a clean woocommerce setup, the emails are triggered and fired correctly.

@cromag27 I figured that plugin Order Splitter for WooCommerce was causing the conflict, not woocommerce.

    Hi @ahmedzeidan,

    Thanks for reaching out.

It’s not clear to me if you are reporting the problem with the plugin Order Splitter for WooCommerce on cromag27’s site or if you figured it out on your own site?

As this could cause some confusion, generally, if you need support for a similar issue it’s best to open your own thread on this forum. Thank you for pointing us to a conflict test though.

@cromag27 – It’s likely that another plugin or the theme activated on your site is causing this behavior. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts.

    Thanks.
