# Customer message box

 * Greetings,
 * This may be a very stupid/obvious question, but I’m wondering where the ‘advanced
   features’ customer message box appears. Using a pay now button in sandbox mode
   I don’t see the message box at any point in the transaction. Is it something 
   that I need to be adding manually myself?

 * Very sorry for the delay in response, usually we are the quickest in reply to
   our customers. That test box shows on the shopping cart page of the button: Please
   see this [http://prntscr.com/kfumuz](http://prntscr.com/kfumuz). Ans if you are
   not seeing that then delete the button or generate a new button and setup that
   option when you are creating the button then give it another shot.
