# Customer List sync error

 * Hi there, 
   I have a problem. The customers on my wordpress/woocommerce store 
   can’t seem to sync with my crm/marketing integration. Whilst it does seem to 
   sync the order history and products, it states that my customer list is empty,
   0/0 synced. Can anyone help me with this problem? I’ve been in touch with the
   Drip escalation team, below the conversation:I’ve attempted to connect to your
   WooCommerce API directly, by sending a manual API request to `[https://www.dearmotherofficial.com/wp-json/wc/v3/customers](https://www.dearmotherofficial.com/wp-json/wc/v3/customers)`(
   which is the endpoint we fetch your customers from). I received an empty response
   with a “200 OK” status. This tells me that WooCommerce has accepted my request,
   but there’s nothing to return. In other words, WooCommerce is telling Drip that
   your customer list is empty.
 * It’s difficult to say what would cause your customer list to be empty from Drip’s
   side of things, but that does appear to be why no customers are syncing into 
   Drip. From here, it might be a good idea to review your customer configurations
   and/or connect with WooCommerce support to dig a little deeper into where your
   existing customers are being saved since they don’t appear to be where Drip expects
   them to be.
