    One customer rated all three products he purchased from our site. I know he didn’t leave comments but he did provide ratings for all three products. I approved the comments but I don’t see the ratings from the customer for all the three products’ page. Thoughts on what could be wrong.

    Also, we sell a lot on Ebay. Is there a way to generate a short code to send via email to our Ebay customers. These orders don’t come in through our order section in WooCommerce. This feature will make my Pro version decision purchase much easier :).

    I checked the link to the product page that you shared and can see one review there. Do you expect this product to have more than one review?

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to use this plugin with Ebay. It will be necessary to develop a separate reviews app for Ebay because they have their own marketplace of apps.

    No just one rating so far but the stars have only strokes, colors not filled in. The other two products show the same number of stars but one has 4 star and the other has 3 star ratings but all the products show 5 stars but the colors are not filled in.

    I can share my screen if you’d like and show you what I’m referring to if this isn’t clear.

    I saw that the stars have only strokes but I thought that this is normal and according to the style of your theme.

    Can you please try to do the following?

    1) Leave a review manually from the product page and see if stars will be shown with filled colors.
    2) Try to change your theme for a short period of time and test how stars are displayed with one of the standard WordPress themes.

    A troubleshooting session confirmed that it is a CSS-related issue of the current theme.

    I unchecked transparency in the theme option for main and background color and I’m able to see the ratings filled in now.

    This also resolved another issue I’ve had for months with my pages and menu links when a particular link was selected, it would turn the link to transparent make it invisible. This issue is also resolved by checking off Transparency option in the theme option.
