customer invoice email template

    Can anyone help me with some php code for a email template? I want the customer invoice to “Hale Bound has created an invoice for you. Please log into your account by clicking here: (I would like “My Account” hyperlinked to the account login page.)
    I tried to modify but failed miserably. Any guidance is greatly appreciated
