Customer initial is showing only for 1, not the other

    Hi,

    In the slider, I can see that only 1 customer has his initial with a green check on it, but not the others. All the reviews are approved by certified customers and in the users settings, everything is the same. I got their 1st name and last name, but I can only see the default avatar image. In the Customer Reviews for WooCommerce, the option is on “Initials”.

    Any idea?

    Is it possible to have an answer? I was interested to buy the pro version, but if there is already no support, I will pass (even if I know that the free version has only the community support, but still).

    That part is not for here. If that’s a tease to compel a volunteer support person for this plugin to reply, please do not.

    So why there is a “community support” if they don’t answer to a question? I saw many other topics without answers too. It’s not professional. I don’t really understand your reply to be honest.
