Customer gets the wrong invoice

    Hello,

    The customer got the right info in the mail itself but in the PDF it is the order invoice of the customer who ordered after. It is about this order 2017-2092 and this is the one they got the invoice of 2017-2093. Also I checked the status page which looks good and all. I’m using the simple template.

    Hello,
    A system status report (WooCommerce > System Status) is more useful because it shows which plugins are active. I see that you’re using WPML, it’s possible that this is causing this, although I have no other reports about this. I have not had any other reports from WPML users. Did this start happening recently or did you not use the PDF invoice plugin before?

    I’d recommend doing some tests with WPML disabled to see if that resolves the issue. I will follow up in that other thread too to see if he uses WPML.
    Note that for full WPML support, the Professional Extension is required.

    Let me know what you find.

    It started recently, so not sure what has caused it. Could be WPML I guess.
    Here is the system status log, we had both WMPL and the pdf invoice from the date we launched the site. Which was over a month ago I believe.
