# Customer Form Error

 * Hi,
    When I click my order numbers from the customer form, it leads to a URL 
   that does not exist (…/my-account/your-orders/individual-jobs/?Tracking_Number…)
   but it reloads to the correct page if I manually change it (…/your-orders/?Tracking_Number…).
   Can you please help with this?

 * When you say “Manually change it”, do you mean that you’re changing the URL or
   that you’re just hitting “Enter” after putting your cursor in the address bar
   of your browser?
 * The tracking page that gets linked to from the customer form is taken from the“
   Emails” tab (the “Status Tracking URL” field), so you can double check that tab
   to make sure that you’ve got the correct URL in that field.
