I am having an issue with my online store. I have checked the box to allow customers to upload their custom images and on the main page it does not give an option to upload the file. All the user can select is the “browse” option to search computer and that is it. I have ran some tests and selected a file but the file does not end up in the sales log backend. I am guessing it needs to be uploaded somehow. How can I get the “upload file” button to appear?

    Thank You

Hey Bria I noticed that the upload button does not appear after user selects the file. It should load the file in your WordPress back end in your orders section. Another thing is WordPress is pretty picky on the file type and it must be .jpg .png or other standard photo file documents.

Thanks for replying. I realized that it was working fine the whole time, only there is no way for the customer to tell that the file is being uploaded, and I’m concerned that they will close the window before the upload is complete. I’m thinking of trying the Popup Dialog Box plugin from XYZScripts to load a pop up window informing the customer that there image is being uploaded, which will close once it has loaded.
