    Hi,
first: thank you for this plugin! =)

    1.)
we need a option that is sending a Email to the customer too, after he has filled out the inquiry-form. It only send a email to the admin, so the customoer don’t know exactly, wehether the email was send. Also a “success” message would be great at this point.

    2.)
is there a solution to change the layout of that email? it don’t look very well patterned, i would like to have the shop logo in that inquiry-mail (at least for the customer), similar how you can set it to the woocommerce mails of the shop himself.
It would help, that inquiry mails look more professional. By now, it looks a bit like selfmade bricolade. =)

    3.)
Another problem is at update: if i run a update, the language files were deleted and you have to move it from yor local repository to the server every time, after update is done.
if i set the permissions of that files to another owner, the whole update will fail (because of wrong permissions), so that is no solution.

4.) the Size of the inquiry-form is a bit to high for 15″ notebooks. You can’t read te top of the Form, after it pops up.
I can fix that for myself but after updating, i have to set the size again, this is annoying.

…it would be fine, if you can fix that

    THX
    Pete

@petersauber2017 First of all thanks for holding the patience. Let me come to your query one by one:
    1. we need an option that is sending an Email to the customer too, after he has filled out the inquiry form.
    >> Sure, but this requires customization.

    2. Is there a solution to change the layout of that email?
    >> You can modify the layout of the email, but it requires customization.
You can contact your developer or if you want us to do then please reach us through DualCube.

    3. if i run a update, the language files were deleted and you have to move it from your local repository to the server every time, after update is done.
    >> Please send us the language file, we will include this in our plugin and would love to link back to you as the language contributor.

    4. I can fix that for myself but after updating, i have to set the size again.
    >> Please modify the CSS not inside the plugin but your theme’s CSS. then, even after updating it won’t get overridden.

    Regards,
    DualCube Team

    Hi,
    thank you for your answer.
I see, it requires more customizing, what i was thinking. The Problem will be, that after every update i have to modify it again. That is not the way, how i want to work with it.

So you can close this thread.

    Thanks

@petersauber2017 We will add this features in our Pro-version.

    Regards,
    DualCube
