    Hello,

We’re using Woocommerce and our customers don’t receive any email when we change their order status to “Delivered”.
I’ve been checking the notifications and there is nothing in the “Delivered order” field (the others say “Customer”). When I try to set it up, “Recipients” field says {customer_email}. I guess it’s not the right label. Or the error is other.

Could you, please, help me with this?

    Thank you!

    Maria

  • @mariaklim I think any plugin is conflicting with this.So just disable all the plugins and enable them one by one you will be able the conflicting plugin. You can also install the Health check and troubleshooting plugin for this.

    Hey there!

“Delivered” is not a WooCommerce status, that is being added in by another source (typically a plugin you’ve added to your site).

This means that WooCommerce does not have an email for that status, since it doesn’t create the status.

If there is an email for that status, it was created by the plugin that added the “Delivered” status. I would recommend contacting the plugin support team for that plugin.

Ok, thank you! I will check it and speak with the support team for that plugin (very probably a plugin for tracking numbers).

By the way, do you know any plugin to send the tracking numbers to the customers? Woocommerce does not have any by default.

    Thank you again!
