Getting a customer reporting an issue and the error is:

“Error processing payment. Reason: Customer does not have any credit cards.”

Never seen this before and I’ve been receiving orders all day. Any ideas?

Just had to rollback to 3.1.1 to allow for Paypal payments.

    Hi @chadwickhugh,

To confirm, one customer reported an error and you rolled back to the previous version? Was it PayPal where the customer had an issue?

It would be helpful if you provided your website url. That error is almost always linked to a JavaScript error being caused by another plugin. I would start looking at what plugins you upgraded recently.

I test the site myself and couldn’t get paypal to work with 3.1.2. 3.1.1 works.

When you say PayPal doesn’t work for 3.1.2 can you describe the issue? What happens, what error message do you get etc?

There are no other reports of PayPal issues in 3.1.2 and we didn’t change anything in that version.

    Thanks,

Nothing would happen when clicking the payment button. No error message, nothing.

Can you please enable 3.1.2 so I can take a look at your site?

Re-enabled, back to not having any effect on the paypal button.

3.1.2 is working perfectly for me on your checkout page. PayPal pop-up appeared as expected. I saw no JS errors that would interfere with the integration.

Think I got it. Some weird issue with Chrome desktop browswer. At leas that seems to be the common denominator.

Can you click f12 on your keyboard and then click the console tab and take a screenshot? I’d like to see if you are getting a JS error that would prevent the click event from firing.

So there were not errors? It looks like you had the warning logs selected when you took the screenshot.

That was all that appeared in the console.

Can you elaborate on what you meant in your previous post about suspecting it was an issue with Chrome Desktop browser?

I updated Chrome, and that appeared to have fixed it. Asked the customer if he was using Chrome desktop, he said yes and that the order went through on his phone.
