    G’day Alexander,

    Do you really mean Xero, or did you mean eWAY?

    If eWAY, if you use the Name, Address, Email and Phone advanced fields in your form, the first one of each will be passed to eWAY.

    If Xero, you already get all of those fields in the Gravity Forms notification emails, plus this plugin adds merge tags for Transaction ID, Auth Code, Payment Amount, and Beagle Score which you can add to any notification. CSV exports also give you the Transaction ID, Payment Amount, Payment Date, and Payment Status.

    If you are supplying Xero a feed based on an action hook after submission / payment, hook the action gform_after_submission with priority greater than 10 and you can retrieve the payment details from the entry, along with authcode and beagle_score from the entry meta.


    Yes, I did mean eWAY. Did not realise about the contact field types, so that is good to know. (We are currently not using them so we can use the auto populate function for these details, but I am sure there is a way around that.)
