Customer details in customer processing order email

    Hi .. First of all i wanna say that I appreciate all the efforts given by you guys to make wordpress a better place to have your online store in >> <3

    Actually My Issue with Emails content ,,

    I want to show ( Customer Details ) in for eg. ( Customer Processing Email ) as it is already shown in ( Admin New Order Email ) ..

    So that Customers become able to check their entries .. As I know that the Default Template For Customer Processing order email Only Show Order Details Without Customer Details ..

    Unfortunately, I’m not sure I understand what you are asking, the billing information should be part of the processing email. can you send me a screenshot of what you have so I can better understand?

    I will explain ..
    When a customer submit an order.. Me as an admin i receive this email

    As u can notice customer details are not shown for the customre.

    What i want to do is show customer details in all emails

    Are you overriding templates through your theme?

    I’ve only made some changes in templates files on kadence plugin folder …

    But if u were worry about that i might have delete something i shouldnt .. I can gurntee i haven’t

    Moreover customer details are shown in cancelled order email also but not in completed or processing order emails and i dont know why ?

    Yeah, that is odd because they should show and by default they do. If you preview the emails and they don’t show I would suggest trying to deactivate plugins and activating a different theme and see what happens.

    Unfortunately i ve deactivated the plugin and change the theme but the problem still exisit ..

    This plugin doesn’t control adding or removing customer details. This plugin only styles the woocommerce emails and allows you to control some of the text.

    You shouldn’t need to be finding a way to add in the details. you should be looking for what is removing them. Are you adding any custom css in the emails?

    What type of products are you selling? Do you ship them?
