 * I just tried clicking on the customer data page for someone and the same thing
   is happening. An error comes up and the page does not work. See here: [https://ibb.co/VtvVZ1C](https://ibb.co/VtvVZ1C).
   Anyone knows what happened and how to fix it? Thanks

 * That’s not a core feature; it must be coming from a plugin or theme.
 * If you can install plugins, install “Health Check”: [https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/)
   On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and
   change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal
   visitors to your site. You can then use its admin bar menu to turn on/off plugins
   and themes one at a time.

 * Right. The question is “what put that tab there”. Once we know that, I can tell
   you which plugin team to ask for help. It is NOT a core WP feature. As I said,
   it’s coming from a plugin or your theme.
