[resolved] Customer comment option gone since upgrade to 2.1.2 (9 posts)

    My customers used to have the option to leave a comment during the checkout process, this option has disappeared since updating to 2.1.2 and can't find an option to enable it again.
    Is it gone for good or am I just missing something?

    Do you mean order notes? If so, it is still there.

    order notes is there but there is no way that I can find for a customer to add a note. do you know how to enable this function?

    Not too sure what you mean. The order notes field is in the checkout and customers type in their message there.

    This is exactly the problem, it was there but has disappeared since updating to WC 2.1.2, and I can't find a setting for it anywhere.

    Sorted, I had the checkout page disabled, and was going straight from the cart page to paypal express. (my bad)
