customer choose shipping price

    – in Woocommerce to have possibility to choose among 4 different prices of shipping costs (and of course time).
    – When the customer bill is more than 80EUR the shipping cost is free; In this case the system must impose the more expensive method

    What you are mentioning is table rate setup. This module can easily do this.
