# Customer Chat plugin

 * Facebook Chat Customer chat plugin is not working properly. Although I have switched“
   message as guest” option and allowed only messaging by signing in to facebook,
   my website still allow customer to send messages as guests.
 * That’s how it should be when it’s closed; the guest option is not supposed to
   appear but it still appear on the site although it’s closed

 * Can I ask you to go through the setup process one more time, and see if the settings
   stick this time?
 * Also, the Chat plugin settings can also be controlled via the Page settings section(
   on Facebook), so it’s possible it might have been over-ridden from there at some
   point.
