When customer changes his email in my-account, why billing email is not changed too?
Woocommerce keeps sending emails to old/billing email for subscriptions.

    Hi there,

Testing on my personal site, when I update my account email under My Account > Account details, I see that it also updates the Billing email under My Account > Addresses > Billing address. Checking the code, it looks like that is expected behavior as well:
    https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/blob/23710744c01ded649d6a94a4eaea8745e543159f/includes/class-wc-form-handler.php#L330

However, if you are referring specifically to the billing email on subscriptions from the WooCommerce Subscriptions extension, then that will be different.

As that is a paid extension (and this forum is only for functionality of the core WooCommerce plugin), please open a support request here under the account you purchased the Subscriptions extension with: https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/?form=ticket

When I changed email, it didn’t change billing email in the orders.

Do you understand the issue here, the billing email is updated in the profile, but not in all the past orders.

    Hi there,

Do you understand the issue here, the billing email is updated in the profile, but not in all the past orders.

Thank you for the clarification — so you are referring to updating billing info in all past/existing orders. In that case, not changing old orders when they update their billing info is definitely expected behavior. Editing existing invoices can cause legal issues for store owners, so updating all the old orders when a customer updates their billing info should not occur.

Again, if you are referring to updating existing subscriptions (not orders), that is a different situation. If you are using WooCommerce Subscriptions and have questions, please open a support ticket here from the account where you purchased the extension: https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/?form=ticket
