We have a unique and customized Woo setup. Multiple products can be associated with a single SKU. And inventory is based on SKU. And each product has multiple personalization options. We have disabled the plugin in production but have it running on dev.

We ran into issues with your plugin throwing php errors and not pulling in the customization options shown on each product in the email. So we had to make some modifications to your plugin to work with our unique needs.

With all that said we have started to get customers complaining about their carts having products in them, they never added or looked at. Or having their entire cart emptied and replaced with someone else’s cart.

We tried disabling guest cart tracking but nothing appears to help. It is impossible to replicate as it happens to a handful of customers over multiple weeks. It is possible others are being affected but not reporting it or ignoring it.

We are running on Version 5.1.1 and we were hoping your team has seen this type of issue before and has fixed it in a newer version. However, when we tried to update your plugin we were unable to get it to work with our custom Woo configuration.

We understand modifying the plugin and not updating it can cause issues and may not allow your team to assist. We are only looking for help/advice if you have seen this issue before and if a new version has fixed this type of issue. Our concern with purchasing the paid version is that the issue will still exist or our custom Woo setup will not work with the paid version either.

Any and all help and information are greatly appreciated.

    Thank you

    Hi @jacobperiscopeup,

I apologize for the delay in response and for the inconvenience caused to you due to this.

This is strange. None of our other clients have reported such issues. We will need some more information to replicate and check this issue so it would be great if you can send us the admin and FTP credentials of your site by dropping us an email on “support at tychesoftwares dot freshdesk dot com”?

So that we will communicate there in more detail regarding this issue and look into the same on your website.

    Please let us know.

    Regards,
    Priyanka Jagtap
