Customer/ Admin not receiving mails when order is placed (2 posts)

    When a new order is placed from the website, the customer and the admin are not receiving any mails.

    However, when the status of the order is updated from the back-end, the corresponding emails are sent successfully.

    I have a similar problem when a customer places an order,
    admin does not receive notifications via email. It appeared after the upgrade and greatly complicates my job. How to solve this problem?
