Support » Plugin: WP User Frontend - Membership, Profile, Registration & Post Submission Plugin for WordPress » %custom_{NAME_OF_CUSTOM_FIELD}% Not showing in email notification

  • Resolved Anticosti

    01. Install the basic WP User Frontend on a blank new website;
    02. Edit the basic Post Form;
    03. Add a Textarea;
    04. Meta Key: suggestions
    05. Edit the Email Notification Message:
    add into the body:
    Suggestions: %custom_{suggestions}%
    Suggestions: %suggestions%

    Even if you fill in the “Suggestions” textarea in the Frontend form, the email notification will not show this field content.
    It will only show the replacement code:
    Suggestions: %custom_{suggestions}%
    Suggestions: %suggestions%

    Thank you for your attention.

  • Forget this!
    My bad. I found out the correct code:
    Suggestions: %custom_suggestions%
    instead of this badly formatted “Suggestions: %custom_{suggestions}%
