 * I keep uploading the Behance Icon using Upload button I click “Insert into Post”
   but it refuses to load. Then I see thumb_error message on the Upload green button
   pop up. Browser: Safari 10.0.1 iMac OS 10.11.6

 * Thanks found that I needed to call my hosting admin and they turned it on and
   it is now working.
    What I did is- Set the “allow_url_fopen” to “on” by asking
   my server admin to do so – they knew what to do).
