 * Hello!
 * I am using this plugin to segment user data when they visit the website. They
   can either choose residential or business. Is it possible once the user selects
   a variable that the information could be stored in the cookie so as long as the
   cookie remains, the pop up will not show again?

 * Hi there [@pchelper4](https://wordpress.org/support/users/pchelper4/),
 * I hope you are well today and thanks for your question.
 * You can set it to not show the pop up if visitor has already visited ex page,
   will that work for you?
 * Thank you!
 * Kind Regards
    Jack.

 * Jack,
 * Thanks for the response! If you are referring to pop-up showed less than x times,
   that can suffice.

 * Jack,
 * Is it possible once a user interacts with the pop-up not to show it again?

 * Hi [@pchelper4](https://wordpress.org/support/users/pchelper4/),
 * I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
 * Currently the plugin doesn’t have functionality for not showing pop-up once a
   user interacts with it but it may be added in future version of plugin or it
   can be developed by hacking plugin core.
 * Cheers.
