 * Hello,
 * I’ve got a site that will be integrating user registration to view, upload and
   comment on videos.
 * What i’m looking for is a way to redirect users after logging in to the site’s
   homepage instead of the WordPress admin backend.
 * BUT, i’d like for the users with admin permissions to be directed to the WordPress
   admin backend. This is because the admin’s will be reviewing and publishing the
   user-submitted content.
 * Is this possible?

 * You want the login_redirect filter. The example given on the codex page is pretty
   much exactly what you want, I believe:
