Custom User Profile

    I am looking for a plugin that will create a user profile with custom fields that the user can edit. However, after an event, I would like one of our staff members to post their results on their profile which would not be able to be edited by anyone but a staff member. I would also like to choose a visible level (using s2 member) for each field on the profile.

    Can BuddyPress do this?
    Profile Builder?
    User Meta?

    Any out of the box plugin?
