[Resolved] Custom uploads directory causing error

  • tylerdurrett

    @tylerdurrett

    Hi Brad,

    First of all, thanks for the great plugin.

    I use a custom uploads folder on all of my WordPress installs by placing a line like this in wp-config:

    define( ‘UPLOADS’, ‘/content/media’ );

    When I try to export and download my DB using this plugin, it gives me an error saying that it could not find the file to download. The path it is trying to access is this: /content/uploads/

    In other words, it should be using /content/media, but it is using content/uploads. Note that I have made sure that the directory exists and is writable.

    Thank you for taking the time to look into this.
    Tyler

  • Tyler, this has been corrected in the next release of the plugin.

    Stay tuned for that release, sorry for the inconvenience.

    I am encountering similar type of error except it is looking just in the uploads folder.

    If I purchase the personal license can I by pass this issue?

    Hi benbunch, that will work as this issue has already been fixed and released in the Pro version.
