Hi @kodeks,
We’re sorry to hear that. Could you please let us know if you’re using any page builder?
Please update the plugin to the latest version and let us know if the issue persists.

Hi,
We are using a page builder, yes. Flexible layouts using Advanced custom fields.
I have updated the plugin to the latest version. If I select one of the custom pages and preview it through the mailpoet settings page, it still only displays the [mailpoet_page] shortcode itself.
Exact same issue. As subscribers cannot do a one click unsubscribe and that the shortcode does not work in this page (and not even in the mailpoet page), they simply cannot unsubscribe. Premium user, created a ticket, waiting for an answer.
Having this issue with at least 2 of my websites.
I’m experiencing the exact same problem:
I set up a page, add the Mail Poet unsubscribe shortcode, save and refresh, and the shortcoade renders as the shortcode, not as a functioning link.
I’m using Thrive Architect.
I’ve submitted a help ticket and was advised to turn off all plugins, load the Twenty-twenty theme, set up a new page and posted the unsubscribe shortocode to that.
Done that and I get exactly the same result: the shortcode renders on the page as is, NOT as a functioning, working link through which an email subscriber could unsubscribe.
I’m using the premium version of Mail Poet.
Not happy with this, not happy at all.
It’s annoying and makes me wonder why I dropped Mailchimp.
Mailpoet: get your act together.
A glitch of this nature sullies the whole product and does nothing to build your brand. Your customers deserve better … that’s why they turned to you in the first place.
P.S. Updating the plugin does not fix the issue.
Disabling all other plugins does not fix the issue.
