# "Custom Tracking/Conversion Code" will not update – Weird problem

 * Hey guys,
 * My problem is that when I edit pages, and I change the Custom Tracking/Conversion
   Code section, and then press Update, any changes I made are not saved. In other
   words, it is impossible now for me to change the Custom Tracking/Conversion Code
   section for all my pages.
 * I thought it might have something to do with caching, so I deactivated W3 Total
   Cache plugin, and I went into developer mode on CloudFlare (which can cache too,
   but in that mode it should stop it temporarily). This did not change anything.
   The problem is still there.
 * Has anyone ever encountered this before? What could affect this?
 * I don’t know if that’s helpful, but the theme we use is the “Balance Theme on
   Genesis Framework”.
