 * Hi,
 * We’re looking for a ticket system that allows us to specify a number of custom
   status for the tickets so we can build our own workflow for the tickets.
 * Is this possible with this plugin? Maybe in the premium version? Can’t see any
   mention of it in the premium feature list though.

 * We have predefined ticket status for now but in future we may add such functionality.
