 * In the main page, some image thumbs are [cropped](https://i.imgur.com/WYzCMiz.png).

That’s because each image has a different size, like [this](https://sestraherbalismo.com.br/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/tintura-baubo-20ml.jpg).
So the original image is in portrait mode and the thumbnail image is a squared
image, where it loses important parts of the original image.
 * How to have the squared thumbnail keeping the entire image?
 * One way I think is to be a different image (manually uploaded) for thumbnail,
where I would edit that portrait image created more room to keep it squared.
 * Is there a better way?
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Fcustom-thumbnail-image-5%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)

 * Hi [@rogeriodec](https://wordpress.org/support/users/rogeriodec/),
 * If the product image you upload has a different ratio than the one that images
will be displayed in, the thumbnail will show either a cropped version of the
   image, or a distorted product.
 * Depending on the theme you are using, you might see an option to keep the original
aspect ratio – with the downside of having images display in different ratios,
if that’s how you upload them. These options are generally located in Appearance
   > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Catalog.
 * Otherwise, you’d need to make sure that the images you upload all have a 1:1
ratio before you load them on the site, so that they won’t be cropped.

 * In short, you are saying that is not possible to have a separate image for the
   thumbnail.
 * So I leave this as a suggestion.

 * It’s not possible, no. At least not out of the box.
