 * Hi,
 * Quick question.. I’ve been having truouble getting a category to have its own
   theme. I have looked through various posts here but not managed to resolve the
   problem.
 * It works when I click on the category I get the specific theme I want but then
   when I click on the comment link it defaults to the default theme. This is to
   do with the fact that i’m using is_category and the category id is not being 
   passed through to the comments page.
 * I tried in_category but that didn’t work and needs to be in the loop.
 * Is there an easy way to do this?

 * And you will!
    I don’t know of any “easy” way to do it. WP is NOT set up to have
   different **themes** for categories. What you can easily achieve: create [Category_Templates](http://codex.wordpress.org/Category_Templates).

 * That’s up to you. You can make them with different header and css, with different
   sidebar… whatever you want.
