Custom theme mobile menu and responsiveness error

    My website http://worldwideb2bservices.com ‘s mobile menu has an error including the responsiveness when viewed in mobile devices. Please check my website in mobile devices, i need to fix it or at least use the default menu like when i view it in my laptop. I am using a custom theme that i didn’t developed.
