# Custom theme advice

 * Hi All,
 * I am new to this forum. The reason I joined is I have decided to use WP as a 
   quick solution for a CMS. I basically have to put together I basic CMS to manage
   news and job vacancies here at work. I put together a mockup of the site and 
   am struggling to find any tutorials on the web that thoroughly explains the process
   of implementing a custom skin. I am planing on building [this](http://i13.tinypic.com/85wswg7.jpg)
   using css/xhtml. Can someone advise or point me in the right direction to info
   that can help me integrate WP.
