    That’s just a background image in the CSS for each menu item:

    .menu #menu-item-32549.current-menu-item a {
        background: url("images/icons_menu_hover.png") no-repeat scroll 18px 0 transparent !important;
        color: #A68D4C;
    }

    and a “fancy” font:

    .menu li a {
        color: #5E4716;
        display: block;
        font-family: 'Allura',cursive;
        font-size: 25px;
        padding-top: 20px;
        text-decoration: none;
    }

    You can use a tool like Firebug to find the specific CSS selectors (menu items or whatever your theme uses)…

    Is That Hard To Implement that and make a wp theme similar of that one?

    “Hard” is subjective – it’s not hard if you are familiar with HTML, CSS and a bit of WP knowledge. If you have a site set up and are using a theme that is supported here (only the themes from the repository on this site http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/ ), you might be able to get help here.

    But for CSS-specific help and ideas, you might want to go to a CSS forum such as http://csscreator.com
