Custom text not working

    Hello,

    I have created a small blog subscription box for a customer’s website, but I am having a problem with the after submission action. I would like it to show a short custom text, but instead the entire page reloads. I have tried disabling the caching plugin as I’ve seen advised by Web Dorado’s support on other similar topics, but that didn’t result in anything. Could you please advise on how to proceed?

    May I ask you to add an exception for Form Maker plugin in your cache plugins.

    Hello and thank you for reply.

    Could you please advice on how I can add an exception for Form Maker? The form is being used on in the footer and as an extension on all forms, so I am not sure exactly how to go about it.
